In this store there are incompetent employees, when trying to return the appliance under warranty (24-month warranty from the manufacturer), the device broke down for the 14th month, employees refused to help and take responsibility, referring to fictitious rules as if the store has the right to underestimate the warranty period up to 12 months regarding the manufacturer, this is a gross contradiction to the law on consumer protection, in general I do not advise this store in the city there are much more interesting stores in this area and with reasonable prices.
