For railways this is good. since they are flooded less, but for people it is inconvenient. 3) Pedestrian paths are not laid "hump". and "trough", so in the rain mud and peat slurry flow onto the tracks. From the positive that was done at the 14th verst stop, two red columns with boarding passes were installed. It is really very convenient and useful.
