My father has been staying at the hotel for weeks and recently had his birthday. My sister and I asked the staff to arrange a small surprise for him, and they were most helpful and thoughtful. Really outstanding service. Thank you!

Staff arenot nice.. A cleaning staff was wiping on the floor in the lobby. And she asked me to stand up to clean. She is so rude. So i changed the seat. She followed me and forced to stand up again. She means!!!

I had to wait about 30 minutes after a midnight cause their system crashed and they was not able to... yeah, honestly, I still have no idea why they made me wait for so long at check in desk. I had everything printed out and they could verify my identity. Finally that was an electronic system that failed but not a business itself. Guests shouldn't be bothered because of any system failures they might have. About 40 minutes later I finally reached my room. Room was spacious enough but I wouldn't stay there for more than 1 night. I felt myself more like staying at a dormitory than in a hotel. I guess there are a lot of people who actually live at that place for good.

A very good place to stay with less budget. Everything is really nice here such as room size, cleanliness, facilities etc. The only problem is it's location. It's located at north of Moscow nearby the MKAD highway which is known to be Moscow border. It's usually takes more than 90 minutes to go to City center by public transport each way, otherwise you must pay for taxi and wait up to an hour.

I wasn't satisfied with their services. They charged us 11000 rubles just because a pices of stick was affected by moisture. Not the whole door, but a piece of it.
