Great hotel on the territory of Ethnomir. Beautiful views. Great restorant on the ground floor. Clean and well maintained facilities.

Awful. Stated 4 stars. The quality of the rooms and services are "without stars." Towels were not given for the child, and 2 for the guest instead of the standard ones for 3. Late in the evening the room was flooded from the terrace (thunderstorm), it was not possible to get through to the reception. After walking on foot for at least some help, the maid waited half an hour. Not relocated as promised. Impressions are the most unpleasant of such a complex of services.

The hotel is claimed to be a four-star hotel, but in fact it only has a price for four stars. Of the declared hygiene items, there were only toothbrushes, shampoo and soap on the bottom. The closet door is broken. The window too: it jams when you open or close it. The same story with the curtain. There is no room service as such, nor is there a reception. On the ground floor there is a lonely bar and a reception desk ... Terrible soundproofing. Of the advantages, we can note the general appearance. The hotel looks in general and the rooms are quite colorful. Clean bed linen, towels too. There is a smart TV, although many channels do not work. You can come once for a change, but personally we will look for another place to stay next time.

The hotel is cool, only the ground floor lighting does not work, there are no street lights, so it is uncomfortable to get to the room
