The health-improving complex does not have its own transport for vacationers (for employees there is, but they cannot be used by vacationers, as I was told), hence the problem of arrival and departure, if there is no transportation of its own. There are practically no entertainments, the gym cannot be accommodated by anyone, the equipment is not working properly. Now about the merits. Despite my heartburn, the food is delicious, there is plenty to choose from. As for the quantity, it is quite enough, it is even useful to lose weight, but I have not lost weight. The service in the dining room is good, the waitresses are friendly and helpful. From entertainment table tennis and a cinema. The library is contained in one cabinet, which I did not see there, because brought with him. Loved the pool. Works very well by appointment. The number of visitors is observed, after the session - half an hour of processing. Provide towels. The sauna is open from 2 pm, so you can combine bathing with warming up. When a lot of people are not very convenient, but tolerable. I would especially like to thank Tatyana Valerievna (coach of physiotherapy exercises in the pool) for the wonderful lessons 45 minutes 5 times a week.

I put 1 point to downgrade the rating, which in my opinion is too high. This complex belongs to and in fact is part of the free medicine system with all the pros and cons. The advantages are that it is relatively budgetary for the comfort that is in the rooms, with normal renovation, with a toilet and shower in the room, cleanliness and order in general and a normal attitude of the staff. The downside is that this is a "scoop" in terms of a general approach to business and in details. The dining room and food, for example, if you arrived late, then no one will feed you with dinner, and the maximum that you can get is pies in the dining room, since there is no buffet or bar, 1 hour of time is allotted for meals. The common territory is relatively small, you will not find flower beds there, although you can make a paradise from the territory, but there is no one to do it since there is no "owner" because the "owner" of this is the state. Leisure. For adults up to 65 years of age, let's say, it is not, except for a couple of tennis tables and a couple of table footballs. There is an animator for children, but again, everything is the old-fashioned way - to draw, relay race, watch the multifilaments on the big screen in the conference hall. For children and parents, alas, it is not. Many may say that they say organize it yourself and you can agree with this, but then you can't make it somehow understand that "dear guests, bring board games and other equipment with you to organize your leisure time." From medical procedures - everything is according to the classics: Sharko shower, whirlpool baths, steam barrel, massage. There is a pool, but for a young body, to put it mildly, it is too small, and you still need to get into it as it is done by appointment and it tends to end, i.e. Arriving on Saturday at the pool, you will most likely get on Sunday, as well as for a massage. CONCLUSION: if you are a pensioner of 70+, then this is the place for you - to sit on a bench in between meals, read a book, swing around in a bowl of water once (if there is enough space), take a hot tub, go for a massage if you are lucky to sign up , which means your neighbor is unlucky and there is no certainty that you will not get into the role of "neighbor" this time))
