Very cool place. We rested with a child. We got into cool, frosty, snowy weather, this gave us the feeling that we were in a fairy tale. The houses are heated by a stove, which makes them even more comfortable. The service is excellent, all the staff are very friendly. You can rent a cheesecake, skis. You can bring your own. There is a cool slide. There is a pond where you can go ice skating. We will definitely come here again.

For 5 thousand a day there is only a toilet in the room, which needs to be sprinkled with earth, the smell is appropriate. There is only one shower for everyone, you need to go to it in the cold for about 7 minutes, God forbid there will still be a line there. You need to make the bed yourself, everything in the house is dirty. For that kind of money, they could make a clean bed and put a shower cabin in every house. From exotic - you need to melt the stove yourself, but then sleep in this heat is impossible. And not to melt is to freeze from the cold. In general, the service is poor

Very cozy minks. Silence and calmness around. Cool cove for boats, which is difficult to find from the lake, a whole quest. There is a wood-burning stove in the house, you need to heat it yourself. Cooking everything yourself. There is a brazier and a special place for a fire right next to the burrow. If you go in winter, there is a steep ice slide on site.

I ordered a house in the evening with a good discount, because I was not going to stay overnight, ho ate fishing, light a fire, cook meat on a fire, plunge into a fairy tale, wander around rustling leaves ,,,,, arrived early but without a word settled within an hour, in the house was warm, everything was provided on the site, clean, the beds were made! THE TRUTH THERE IS NO FISH, EVEN NOT BEEKED, BUT OTHERWISE EVERYTHING IS HEALTHY! We wish the Hobbitland rapid development, the idea is cool! WORK THERE IS AN UNPRECEDED LAND ,,,, vacationers walk all with kind and bright smiles ,,,, nature imposes its influence! THANKS TO THE MANAGER AND HER ASSISTANTS! no problem ,,,,, very contact and positive!

A great place for solitude, leisurely and calm rest. We rode together, occupied the house of Medoc and Primrose. A very small and cozy mink, inside there is a stove with a kettle and cauldron, liquid soap, toilet paper, salt shaker, knife, spatula, ladle, mosquito repellent with a plate and liquid, can opener, dishwashing detergent and board games. They also bring a separate container with linen, several towels, disposable dishes, matches and candles. Inside there is a washstand, into which water is brought from the street next to the house. The mink has a brazier, skewers, a grill and a canopy table. The staff are very welcoming and inconspicuous, no one bothers again. On the territory there is a sauna and a modern restroom with toilet and shower. Nearby there is a small pier with boats that you can ride. First, you maneuver along a slightly overgrown part of the lake, and then go out into the big water. There you can find wild ducks and swallows, admire the gorgeous views of forests, fields and the endless smooth surface of the water. You can also take a walk in the forest and find a lot of mushrooms. An observatory and a tavern are now under construction. By winter, they said it would be ready. There are sun loungers and swings on the lake shore. Seals who come can walk around the territory, you can grab a cat treat for them. All in all, the place is amazing. We slept well, breathed in fresh air, walked up and swam in a boat.
