In the salon in Lyubertsy, incompetent employees work who cannot be reached, the operators promise that you will be called back and no one will call you back. Come to the salon to see the car and wait 1.5 hours, so that some of the managers who are sitting talking to each other, go there and don’t notice you, and when asked to take 5-10 minutes to see the car, they say that everyone busy. Then, when you are finally brought to the car and turned on, it turns out that it is faulty, there is a terrible rattle from the side of the box, they say that it’s okay, probably some kind of movie .... And you tried to get through two days, then you went through all of Moscow, they spent 1.5 hours in the cabin where they ignore you and in the end it also turns out that the car is broken

On his head, he took the direction, in Ingose, to repair (windshield replacement) in KlyuchAvto Lyubertsy. The referral was issued on April 17th, I hoped that I would manage to "Mayskys", but that was not the case. Immediately called the dealer, the data recorded, said that the glass will be ordered and within 5 days will be, and then recorded on the work. A week later he called back, clarified whether the glass had come, promised to clarify, call back, but forgot. I called them myself the next day, from the 4th I phoned to the body-painting department, they promised to clarify and call back - and again they forgot. As a result, during the week I tried to achieve when my glass came, as a result, they answered - "May" and now only 10th (they promised to call back). He scored 11, said that the glass had come, now the defector will check it and call back within an hour. Forgot again. 12 he called himself, he started already with a collision, as much as you can feed them with promises, as a result they recorded it at 15. I didn’t change the glass for the first time, I thought - I’ll drive it away in the morning, take it in the evening, but I was told that we were "authorized dealer" and some kind of glass company there and so do not do or give back with a receipt that we do not bear responsibility. At the appointed time, drove the car, washed it for an hour, examined the scratches (and painted the whole car with marks, usually indicate large ones, but apparently, in case of something, disclaim all responsibility in the future) and sent for a replacement. Four hours later, they called: soon we are collecting and ready to give, but due to their reasons, the bad weather took them the next day. Upon receipt, I was surprised that in the initial act they added work on washing 400 rubles (decent service doesn’t suffer from such nonsense) and some diagnostic work for almost 2000 (I wonder what can be diagnosed by replacing the glass), asked what kind of work the receiving inspector the answer is “this does not apply to you, it’s our business with insurance.” The trip is well bred by Ingosses, or someone has a good deal on this) (but oh well, they did it casco-ins, it’s not for me to pay). Summary - very long glass replacement (month), constantly dialing and begging to do - in response, promises to call back and silence, well, and wind up work from scratch. Let's see, over time, on the quality of work.
