There was a corporate party, for two impressive tables (the first was 13 goveti; the second was 10 (about that)), from the staff there was 1 waiter, which is obviously not enough for decent service, but this is not the most important minus. Of the most unpleasant thing that significantly spoiled the whole impression of the evening, this is the manager (no loyalty and the ability to resolve conflict situations). In more detail, there was an incident with the hookah, which was overturned at the time of my absence, after a request to repeat the hookah, the manager refused (referring to our inattention, claiming that we (guests) should watch the was - went out), apparently, even in our absence, then nevertheless agreed to repeat the hookah (of course, with our payment, we did not mind). We waited for the hookah for 30 minutes (at this time the managers were in the hall and I was sitting at my table, drinking something, not coming up to us, without explaining the situation), I went up to find out what happened to the hookah. The manager's answer: "No tobacco. In general." , the manager hope that the guests have forgotten about the hookah, which they asked to repeat. And he continued to do nothing, not paying any attention to us. From a conversation with the manager: supposedly, all the tobaccos that were crumbled are now impossible to make. I could understand only after the conversation, when I approached the manager. Why, the person who is responsible for hospitality and service does not know how to resolve conflict situations and does not want to sort out and resolve the issues that arise; in a conversation with this manager of the Berkut cafe there was no desire on his part to agree and resolve this situation. There are no questions to the waiter or the hookah man, they are polite and hospitable. Only because of this behavior of the manager, I do not recommend visiting this institution.
