My wife ordered glasses at the pharmacy on Babich and they found a marriage (it happens)). They brought us to have the lens replaced, and in response from the seller Chistova (as she introduced herself to us) they heard a bunch of insults in theirs. A request to issue a book of complaints was refused. In general, they did not beat us there - and that is good!))) Such rudeness and ignorance in the service sector, I will say without exaggeration, I have never met in my entire life !!! P.S. I read the positive reviews - it feels like they were written by an experienced hand!))))))
