For me, Victoria has become a real savior. For many years ingrown nails tormented me. I went to several pedicure masters who, as best they could, cut, cut, "gnawed" nails, sometimes even partially with fingers. Everyone, after a pedicure, has beautiful legs, but for me, forever, like after a meat grinder. Healed for a week. Then the week was good. And then it all started again. I felt like a real Little Mermaid. And after my master left, it became really bad. My fingers hurt, I have to do something. I decided to go to the pedicure master next to the house. The girl looked and said with confidence: - "Yes, of course I saw and did this." But she really couldn't do anything. She ripped everything open to blood and on the "second leg", in the full sense of the word, fainted. I went home with crippled fingers. I have never had this before. Everything hurts and bleeds. Naturally, it began to fester. Two days of salt baths, all kinds of ointments ... All in vain. And on the nose, also a trip abroad. It was very painful for me without shoes, but there was no question of putting on shoes ... The situation is extremely sad. Thank you very much to my friend, who advised me to contact Victoria. Gave contacts. And, about happiness, Victoria had a free window the next day. I, without hesitation, packed up and drove off. To be honest, I very much doubted that there is such a specialist in this world who could help me. I have long lost the belief that there are true masters in the field of pedicure (I did not know about podology then). The first time we met, my legs were in such a terrible state, so painful that it seemed to me to solve the situation and the pain could be extinguished only if the fingers were cut off. Thank God, there was no need to resort to such extreme measures. At the very first steps, I realized that I was dealing with a professional. Victoria, carefully, with a display of incredible empathy, removed, cleaned and processed my "poor" fingers. She gave CU and let go with "peace". The next few days she, as a caring doctor, inquired about my health, about the frequency of procedures performed, about the effect of these very procedures. It was unusual, amazing and incredibly pleasant. Then the rehabilitation process began, with braces, gaskets between the nail and finger, etc. It's a pity that I did not manage to go through the entire rehabilitation with Victoria. For family reasons, when the quarantine began, I had to leave Russia. However, even after my departure, Victoria continued her participation in the "fate of my feet". She found a master for me in the city where I now live so that I can continue my treatment. Imagine !!! I have no idea how she did it. But the main thing is for what? The answer is simple. A person takes care of his business and, indeed, worries about each client. Thank you, Victoria, to you and to all your colleagues.
