For 5 years of constant use of the bus station, its appearance has changed for the better, and the service, it seems, is only getting worse. Add baggage to the ticket price or the ability to buy online, because I don't want to talk to the same boor at the checkout every time. Her life offended her appearance and work, and the passengers are to blame ... Also, the station does not work at night, when many buses and 2 stars arrive, and not just one because at night in winter, the last 2 years they have been allowed to enter the bus station. For all 5 years, I phoned the cashier and the information desk 3 times, the rest of the times I just listen to beeps. It seems that the owners of the station like that their staff spoils the mood of people and they do not fire them.

The station building is spacious. There were no problems when buying tickets, however, no insurance was offered ... There is cash and bank transfer, a cafe is located on the second floor. But! The toilet is open until 19 hours !!! Until 19, Karl !! To the question: "Where can I go?" The woman who was sitting at the entrance to the toilet, in a hurry to go home, said that: "This is not my problem, go to the bushes." Dear station administration, you do not have so many bushes, and what kind of barbarism is this? I’m only glad to pay for a visit to a clean restroom, but let it work, it’s really inconvenient - no toilet, well, or please make a street option with a round-the-clock mode of operation ...
