Irresponsible behavior of the staff at the reception! I called to make an appointment, recorded the next day. I arrived at the appointed time, and they tell me that they didn’t call you, they canceled everything, and in general this doctor only takes one day with us (respectively, not today). To the question: For what reason was it canceled? The answer was: In the sense of why, it was canceled and that's it. Less than a day passed from the appointment to the appointment, no calls were received. As it turned out, the administrator did not know the appointment schedule and made an appointment for a non-existent appointment. When I was at the reception, except for indignation and discontent from the employee, I heard nothing. There was no apology, no explanation why it happened. Absolutely disregard for people. This is not the first time I have heard about such an attitude.

Awful clinic. We came to the ophthalmologist by appointment at 15.00. We got into the office at 15.45. Why I signed up for a week is not clear. Barely alive. It's okay ... I should have had a prescription for glasses. As a result, the recipe came out for us at 1,860 rubles. How do you like it? Diluted for money as much as possible.

This is not the first time I have been going through a commission in a resin. Everything is fine, except for visiting the gynecologist, it was not cleaned up by the previous visitor ... having told the doctor about this, she received the answer that take everything yourself. This is a paid clinic ... such an attitude for the first time. I take care of my health and I am disgusted when the previous patient was not cleaned !!!
