Nice fitness club. There could be more water coolers. And so everything is very convenient for people. Group lessons are varied. Lots of simulators. The trainers are good. It's always clean everywhere. The pool, hammam and sauna are nice😊 thank you.

I go to the gym with my child. I really like that you can leave the child to study and go to study yourself. Different programs and kids really like them. There is a pool for children and adults, you can practice in a swimming club or on your own. Gym, group lessons, individual lessons, swimming pool, sauna, hammam - everything for comfort. It is also almost always clean in toilets and showers.

To begin with, I have been going to TF Lyubertsy for a year now, and this is practically my second home❤️ I spend all my free time there. I go mainly to the gym, it is very large and there is enough space for everyone. And this is very important in a pandemic. There is a very welcoming and friendly coaching staff in the gym. TF is not just a hall, but a whole recreation complex. It is a pleasure to work out, swim, relax in the sauna and have a healthy snack. In general, this is a wonderful place, with wonderful staff, which is definitely worth going to study!
