Из плюсов этого клуба - много тренажеров, отдельный этаж кардио, есть различные направления занятий, в том числе и боевых. Но в последнее время много что стало платное. Есть некоторые замечания по состоянию помещения, какие-то недочёты, ну собственно как и во многих таких заведениях. В раздевалках фенов очень мало, учитывая какое количество людей бывает. Когда задали вопрос - есть ли в перспективе установка дополнительных фенов, менеджер раздражительно ответила, что всем всего хватает. Тренерский состав довольно большой. Но по некоторым тренерам и не скажешь этого. Думаю что в этой сфере фигура тренера, как его визитная карточка должна быть, на отлично. Но самый большой и даже можно сказать огроменный минус этого клуба - сотрудники отдела продаж. Полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности. Поведение такое, будто все менеджеры буквально делают тебе одолжение, продавая либо переоформляя карту. При уточнии данных по самой карте, всегда разная информация. Такое ощущение, что каждый на своё усмотрение решает, что озвучить. За это всё только три звёзды и могу поставить. Но это исключительно моё мнение. В общем, с лёгким сердцем продала карту и не планирую возвращаться в данный фитнес клуб.

Sells a subscription for very young children, and does not inform parents about all the restrictions, although these restrictions are not even spelled out in the contract. And then they say it as naturally, as I, as a consumer of services, should know this, this is the incompetence of employees. Misleading. The rules are absolutely contradictory, group lessons can take place in the children's pool, and this is normal, it is allowed by the club's rules, and the mother and the baby together cannot be in the children's pool. At the same time, group lessons start from 1.5 years. My child is one year old, the question is if you knew that according to your rules, which are not even in the contract, there is no information about children under 3 years old even. Why did you sell me a season ticket? you should have refused me. Having demanded a refund, they still deduct% from me. Making money is terrible, incompetent employees.

An excellent club, the building was built specifically for fitness, and not, as is often the case, a rebuilt industrial building. Great friendly atmosphere. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, salt. cardio zone, power and group zone, martial arts hall. Well, the best coach is Salina Anastasia!
