I lay in September 2020 for 2 weeks. After a serious spinal operation. The staff is good. 6 different procedures were prescribed. 10 sessions each. All these procedures helped a lot. The pain became less and at least started to turn my head. This is from the pros. From the minuses. - the cleaning of the wards is horrible. It’s impossible to eat (don’t think that I’m picky, I just have something to compare with, I was in more than one hospital). And there is nowhere to buy something to eat either. On the first floor there is only a vending machine with chocolates. They let you out on the street, but you can only smoke on the only bench. They drive you away from others. And God forbid the guard will see you with a cigarette while walking even from behind the building where people do not go. They can and write out. although the security itself smokes right near the entrance to the building. the hospital itself is old and in need of repairs ... well, the main thing with health helped and that's good

Wonderful rehab center with great staff. Lovely small walking area. Places for parking and transport access to the buildings. The interior of the premises should be updated whenever possible. The rooms are spacious, toilets and showers are shared on each floor. There are both new and old models. Excellent water treatments. Food, no frills.

Good treatment. Beautiful doctor Bulibina Tatyana Ivanovna. Thoughtful, competent, attentive specialist. An excellent instructor Lfk Sergey Alexandrovich Tolstopyatov. It works for the result. Top class professional. Attentive, responsible, pays attention to each patient. I ask the leadership to encourage S.A. Fatstream for excellent work.

The system by which citizens are received leaves much to be desired. In July 2019, a woman worked at the entrance, who openly ran from work. For 2 hours spent in the reception (I don’t know how to call it correctly) she spent about 15 minutes on the phone, the rest of the time the handset was picked up and she went into some back room (again, maybe I didn’t call correctly). On the phone, someone sometimes answers (apparently she is the same) who frankly does not know something and says in time that she thinks is right. After someone calls back from the center, it turns out that the dates are not the same or not at all. How was it possible to say that the certificate from measles should be brought with you during hospitalization, to wait almost a month and then it turns out that you had to send it by e-mail? And only from the moment of receiving the certificate you need to count out the period of 21 days (which has already grown to one and a half months). The patient does not just want to get here. And it is still not visible what is happening inside.
