Hello. Very, very dissatisfied with the work of this travel agency. Vacation is ruined, not yet begun. The first problems arose at the stage of issuing visas. That photo is not like that, then the phones are not so indicated. Then the previous visa number is needed. Ok paperwork. But the last straw in all the wire was not the employee’s desire, even for earlier to notify the transfer of departure. They learned about this only at the moment when they arrived to pick up the documents. And now I suppose that I am without vacation, because at this time I should work, and not sit on the plane. All such questions about work should be decided in advance, and not so your flight has been rescheduled. I suppose the employee knew in advance about the transfer of the flight, did not even get to call and warn. How many rest never had such problems. Only at this travel agency. Very not happy with the work of specialists !!!
