The experience of serving a pharmacist working in this pharmacy is terrible. This person with a high opinion of himself and an insignificant opinion of customers (buyers). I ordered through the site pharmacy.ru before this incident many times, and I knew about the delivery and the timing, I liked everything and everything was fine. There was a notification that my order was delivered, they called me on the phone, but unfortunately I didn’t hear, she came to this pharmacy, to which the pharmacist told me that I didn’t know, we hadn’t received anything, okay, she asked the cost of the order, so also what lies there, or maybe there were intimate female goods, and I’ll say this to the whole pharmacy, it’s not done that way! Before that, they only asked me either a phone number or an order number and that’s all. I came home, and so, they call me again from the pharmacy and say that your order has arrived! Fine! I’m not going to run a hundred times a day, all people have their own affairs. Therefore, this is how I appreciated this service! We must learn to treat people with respect and attention!
