The room has no ventilation, no heated towel rail, the air conditioning stink, no soap. The room itself does not correspond to the category of "luxury". There is no refrigerator. Dusty, foreign objects under the bed. The staff has the habit of opening the room with its key without knocking. And instead of an adequate apology, they stand and look, without even closing the door, reacting to rudeness to comments. The reservation does not work on the site, the claimed discount is not provided. They don’t do the cleaning.
