I rarely write comments, but it's impossible to resist here) We stayed for 2 days in a room for 2000r / day. No noise isolation. The walls are made of cardboard. When checking in, the girl - the administrator said that if someone is too noisy, immediately report. At 7 am, the neighbors decided to watch TV, at about 80% of the total volume. The administration was informed (there was already a man, I don’t know what his name is), with the words "you that, this cannot be, these are our guests," threw up his hands and then stuck to the phone. Apparently the "guest" in this "hotel" is all allowed. If you want to sleep, relax and unwind, this place is definitely not suitable. We will not return any more.

The hotel is generally not bad. But the guests and sound insulation spoils everything !!! The administration does not care about the screams and the TV on! Whether they don't want to or can't figure it out, but for whom is the signing of documents upon check-in? What is the meaning of the rules if they are not followed?

Unfortunately my first review was marked by "Google" as not acceptable due to a complaint) I wonder who?) In general, it's been a month already and I'm ready to give up some veiled degeneration. The hotel as a whole is very good, clean, comfortable, several Wi-Fi points with high-speed Internet, there are additional services included in the price - free tea and coffee. In this he is certainly one of the best in the area. But personally, I rented a hotel in order to sleep and relax. With which this did not successfully cope. He even added unnecessary negativity with indifference. The walls in the rooms are very thin, you can hear literally everything. On the first night, we already noticed this towards evening, in the next room. Some kind of hard worker was playing a game from a laptop and swearing a lot, but closer to 23:00 he calmed down. It was not so critical at that moment that we simply did not pay attention, I think everyone needs to relax from time to time. The next evening the neighbors changed, and there was clearly more noise from them than from the previous hard worker, the sounds of the TV were added to the entire floor and "gagging and laughter" until 22, they still calmed down. Unfortunately, not for long. They woke up at 5-7 in the morning and turned off the TV at full volume ... And started "chatting and gagging." Of course after that we woke up and started hammering on the wall. In response, we heard only a woman's voice "I feel sorry for them, poor things" after that I could not resist and went straight to the hotel administrator. Where he explained the whole situation. And instead, I would simply go up and solve the problem. He answered me: - This cannot be our regular customers! But, I will definitely tell them this when they come down in the morning! As a result, the problem was not solved and they continued to "gag" until half past eight in the morning ... Honestly, I personally liked the hotel very much at first, but the only thing that was required of him was a banal calm rest and, most importantly, sleep. And not to get a dose of negativity from the guests or the indifference of the administrator. It is clearly not worth 2000r per day (4000 rubles). We paid for your hotel. If you cannot say anything to "regular customers" and ask them to at least follow the rules that you yourself ask to sign for moving into your hotel. Please make a normal soundproofing in the hotel. Otherwise, only "regular customers" will remain in your hotel, who will scare off possibly "new regular customers" ...

The opinion is twofold: on the one hand, excellent staff, on the other hand, miserable rooms within 2 thousand rubles. On the one hand, it is clean and with a hint of stylization, on the other, there are cockroaches in the bathroom. And the "hotel" is located in a dubious location. Booking is lying and does not blush, more than 5 give the hand does not rise. 3 stars for lovely people and free tea and coffee. Thank.

The hotel is comfortable, you immediately enter the reception on the second floor, two corridors, we lived in a loft. The rooms can be seen fresh only after renovation, the administrator said that they would be fed in a couple of weeks there, but inside the cafe it was somehow closed, in general the price is good, thank you
