Very mixed feelings about the fitness club. There are many ill-considered moments. 1) Does not catch Tele2 mobile communication inside. If you have this mobile operator, for example, a child is in the children's room and something happened, and you are in the gym, then no one will get through to you. 2) There are no glasses at all in the women's locker room near the cooler. With me, the girl felt bad after the sauna. The cleaning lady ran for a glass. I collected water in the palm of my hand and wiped the girl to bring her from a swoon. 3) There was no subscription for visiting the children's room before. My child is 2 years old and I don't see any reason to buy an annual subscription. My husband had to swear so that he could buy a separate subscription only to the children's room. 4) Very small children's changing room. Taking into account the fact that there are children under 7 years old and they are helped by their parents, there is not enough space at all. Children are naughty in cramped quarters, parents swear. 5) Strange teaching of children's swimming for preschoolers. The coaches are quite tough in teaching children to use the large pool. In my presence, the little boy, through resistance and tears, several times tried to be carried from a small pool to a large one. True, the boy's dad was nearby, for whom this is obviously normal. Preschoolers are taught to jump from a side at a depth without swimming equipment. How they come out without being able to swim is a mystery to me. Why can't you teach children to float on the water first, or not be afraid of depth, etc. One of the children's swimming coaches, Oleg Lyashko, is rude and has a short memory. Each time she approached him with a request not to take off her son's swimming belt. Last time I passed this request through another coach. As a result, he did not remember this, he brought the child to tears already 2 times. Moreover, the child himself asked Oleg not to do this, but for him it was an empty phrase. Never once apologized to the child or me. I do NOT find my request for a belt strange, given that the child is nowhere to reach the bottom because of the depth. The rest of the fitness center is not bad, there are a lot of different activities for adults and children. But the listed points for me negate both the “premium” status and rave reviews about the responsiveness of the coaches.

In general, I liked the fitness club. Swimming pool, gym. I went to the gym all the time, the only thing is that some trainers are rude. Actually, apart from personal problems, it is because of such coaches that the desire to go there disappears. I just avoid the bad emotions that these people can give me

We were specifically looking for where there are lessons for children to teach roller skating. At X-Fit Fitrium, it turned out that there are such activities. But out of 3 options, only one came up in time: on Sun at 14.00. Last weekend, we bought a subscription for a child with the aim of studying on Sunday. When buying a subscription, we told the manager what time was right for us and signed up for the first lesson for today. Yesterday we specially bought rollers for the child. Today we gathered to go to class and just in any case decided to clarify by phone about today's class, but we were told that it would not be! It is extremely bad that it was NOT WARNED OF CANCEL, although we were recorded. The baby is crying. The club's reputation has been spoiled!

It's a pity that parents and children are not allowed to go to the gym. I'm not talking about very young children, but from the age of 12, for example. And so the place is great!
