Group lessons are taught in an effective, varied and interesting manner. Everyone is friendly and will always answer your questions. The halls and changing rooms are clean and well ventilated. The girls at the reception are nice and friendly. Excellent fitness club and reasonable prices! Thanks to the organizers!

Cozy, there are a lot of simulators, but due to the coronavirus, half of them are closed (There are 3 halls. Aerobic for group exercises, by the way, is quite large. Moms and dads will appreciate the presence of children's groups of gymnastics and martial arts. Adults can attend group classes from aerobics and strength to yoga and stretch. What I liked: The schedule includes both morning and evening groups. The earliest at 9 am, the latest at 9 pm. I took a subscription for the action for 9 months for 9900 rubles. Located on the 5th floor of the office center. A small gym with everything you need two halls (for groups and for single combats), there are not many people now. I got a very competent coach (Elya 😉)
