I turned to the staff - do not care, we are busy, wait for the customer service. For 20 minutes they fed them with promises that they would take out the card themselves, and then threw up their hands - they say, no, we just can't, wait for the collectors and then within 10 days you will receive a message and come for the card. They lied! The card got stuck on November 7 and today, November 19, I called the customer support service, and they say that now you need to wait for a card from 10 DAYS, I don't like it - issue a new one at your own expense. And so be so kind as to wait for a text message, but we don't know how long to wait - a week, a year. I have been serving in the bank for 8 years, I am a premium client, but this is the first time I have seen such an absolutely boorish attitude. I DO NOT ADVISE PSB BANK TO ANYONE !!!
