When the waiter brought the bill, I paid, and then my friend tells me that one salad is missing. I went to the administrator, a rock about the problem, to which they did not very politely answer me: "The girl brought this salad along with the pate", I show her a photo that when the pate was brought, the table was empty, there was no salad, there was they say that it was brought later, I did not like this situation, the mood was ruined, I continued to insist on my own, to which they told me later: "girl, I have been working in this business for 15 years, I cannot be wrong, and tomorrow I for the principle, I will raise the cameras and prove that the salad was. "In the morning we called the restaurant, and then a scandal began, the administrator assured us that there was a salad. We asked to show us the cameras, as we were promised, but in response we heard a refusal. Arriving there, we again asked to show the cameras, since the administrator said that she looked and it was clearly visible that the salad was brought in, in response we heard that we were not supposed to go to the service building, and IT IS BAD ON THE CAMERAS. Then we finally realized that we were being deceived. We asked for a refund for the salad we didn’t eat. The administrator with a psycho said, okay, I will return the money from my pocket, but everyone who was at the table is now on the black list. After 8 months, I visited this institution, no one kicked me out when I was dancing, this very administrator poked her finger at me, after which I ordered food, and my friends wanted to sing a song in karaoke, to which the waiter said that our table was on the black list , we asked why, and she explained that it was because of the situation in winter. And here I have a question why they didn't tell me right away that I would leave, that is, you can order food, and nothing more, you pay the main thing.
