After calling the operator and describing the problem, I heard from him: "We will call the courier back and contact you." As a result, the operator did not call back, pizza was brought in an hour and a half later and COLD. The courier said that they did not give out some cards for the claim of late delivery, but there would be a discount on the next order, what discount, how should I activate it, in what time ??? Negligent and not loyal attitude towards customers. It's a shame.
