Unqualified personnel. We selected several rates and the offices are idle. And where there is at least some doctor there is a queue for half an hour. It took three hours to attach. They don't want to work. A doctor or a nurse came to the child's house, it is not clear, one thing is clear in Russian very poorly and does not know medicines. I would cover this shame. If they don't want to hire good doctors.
