Bank

This branch houses a mini-branch of the Vozrozhdenie Bank. Arriving at the branch on 11/07/2020, at the entrance I took a ticket for customer service "Vozrozhdenie". It took "only" an hour and a half to wait for a call to the window ... I will clarify that after an hour and a half I was not called, and I myself went to the window of one of the employees to find out when they would call me. And then I found out that the employee of "Vozrozhdenie" was not in the office that day! As there are no warnings (oral or written) about its absence ... but there are coupons. By the way, VTB clients are not served in a hurry either: the man who took the coupon in front of me was called by the employee after 2 (!!!) hours of waiting. Thank you, VTB, for an hour and a half of waiting from me and my children for one and a half and three years!
