It seems that the reviews are customized. I bought a bus tour to Anapa, the bus was in a disgusting state, very old and dirty, we were put in the very back row (I was with a child and my mother), the seats were out of order, they were unfolded all the way. Twice during the move there was smoke in the bus, the first time they let us out, the second time they didn’t, we thought we would burn ourselves alive ... The hotel did not match the photo on the site, tiny rooms, water from the bathroom flowed directly onto the floor into the room. To wash at the sink, I had to stand in the hallway of the room - this size (I have 45 kg, but I can't imagine full how to be ...). I bought train tickets back ... I even wanted to sue, but decided not to waste my time and nerves. I just want to forget about this.
