I can not receive the parcel, I was "redirected" to another department. For what reason? But because the operator believes that my house does not belong to them. Why? There is no answer. Oh, sorry, I got it wrong. And now my parcel hangs between the two compartments. Already five days I can not receive the parcel. I am indignant, I really need this premise. and yet it is not clear when I will receive it.

Always only 1 operator is serving, the rest are right there, next to the hall and in their places, but they are very busy and do not serve customers. We have to spend an hour in a very unfriendly atmosphere, or even more, and not the fact that you will get why you came, for some reason, there is never any money at the cash desk for the payment of a transfer or a pension.
