Parcels arrive for a very long time, sometimes small parcels do not arrive at all. Small parcels disappear, and receipts do not come to the mailbox. I have several small parcels missing, they were sent from China. An aunt named Elena sits in the mail, she is generally rude, speaks in a raised tone.

It was a mistake to praise this department. My package was either lost or stolen and blatantly lie that they gave it to me

Great staff. They will always explain where the package is located or how to ship it in a more economical way. Do not demand from them that only God knows and do not be rude and your desires will not be ignored

For 5 parcels, only 1 notification came, others had to be demanded. And - then 1 was not found. And the employees are smiling, yes ... My advice, keep track of the package, otherwise forget about it.
