Received a parcel today 28.06.2018. I was probably lucky and this is not typical, but there is no queue. Moreover, there were no people (13:00) at all! Spent two minutes. Of course, repairs in the department would not hurt, but I did not notice anything terrible. I will give 5 stars, for their salaries it is generally strange that someone works there.
