So at the next such appointment, the doctor (according to my feelings) went too far with the suction power of the device to the tonsil, which caused a sharp sore throat. Without interruption, Olga continued the procedure, explaining that nothing supernatural had happened. After the procedure, the sore throat intensified and I decided to call the clinic from home for comments and recommendations from my doctor. The administrator of the clinic, Olga, interrupted the explanation of the situation on the floor, and coldly announced to me (literally): “I can’t help you with anything.” And this even to some extent outweighed the impression of my unsuccessful procedure. How can an employee work in a medical organization (and in a private one), responding to the patient’s objective complaints that he "can help nothing" ?! Just a shock. So it’s good that in this situation I, a person with a wide audience on social networks, with whom I can share what happened, turned out to be, at a minimum, heard and noted.
