This Order was issued on the basis of Article 37.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation on the Protection of Citizens' Health, adopted on July 22, 1993. SCHEME OF PATRONAGE OF A NEWBORN There is an accepted scheme for visiting a newborn by health workers. It is as follows: 1, 3, 10, 14th day - a pediatrician visits the newborn. Day 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 21 and 28 - the nurse visits. By the end of the first month of life with the child, you can come to the clinic for an appointment for weighing and consultation. Important: After visiting on the 14th or on another day, if you notice a deterioration in the baby's health, call the children's consultation office and call the doctor at home. Based on the examination, the nurse talks about caring for the baby, feeding. Teaches parents how to swaddle, treat skin, mucous membranes, umbilical wound and conduct a hygienic bath. If everything is ok, the nurse leaves. If there are any deviations in the child's health or development, she informs the pediatrician about it. But we see a different state ... Not that the pediatrician came, even the guard of this institution was not sent. Pupsik is a week old - no hello no answer. We will go to a private clinic, but why should we keep this?

Where can you complain? They don't answer the phone in broad daylight! Are they really so busy ?! Or an order - not to pick up the phone, so that only through a single call center they can contact.

Where to send a complaint ????? I would like to complain about the employees of the vaccination room of DP №1. Especially for those two women who worked on 08/13/2020 in the afternoon. Opening hours - until 18:00. My child and I, in the direction of the pediatrician, came for the vaccination at 17:10, to which we received angry looks / groans / sighs. They themselves sit on their phones, there is still almost an hour of work ahead - they reprimand me that I came late. After me, at 17:30, another mother and baby come: they no longer hesitated to express to her in a rude form claims about the late arrival .... But nothing that the time is 17:30 and you have this time WORKING!?!?!? Both "specialists" are disrespectful, rude, angry (apparently tired - well, sorry, everyone gets tired at work!). That and behold, the child's hand will be pierced to the bone because of his anger. Before that, there was still an incident half a year ago - we lost our Mantoux measurements. More precisely, they wrote something down when we came to show the vaccination. And where they entered, in what name - no one knows. Please conduct interviews with staff. For next time the boorish attitude will be filmed and transferred to the necessary authorities and authorities.
