Upon entering the building, you can immediately see the cleanliness and order. There was a place for everything. And not a big cozy cafe with tables, with delicious pies and pretzels baked nearby, hot natural coffee !! You can buy ice cream and yoghurts. If you are here for the first time, carefully look under your feet at the arrows indicating where you need to go. Where is the elevator! For staff or patients. Where is the ticket office, where is the ECG office, etc. all in large letters on the arrows !! Very helpful and polite staff. There is an electronic queue in the advisory department. At the reception too !! The buildings are finished inside with stone and it is not hot there in summer. The department is clean. There is a cooler with boiling water and cold water. Food is delivered to the wards in special individual foam boxes so that food is hot and disposable dishes are used. There were pictures on the walls in our surgical department !! They cheer up and create a special atmosphere for patients. And a huge gratitude to the doctors working there !! Working miracles, prolonging people's lives, thanks to their professionalism and patience, working with such seriously ill patients !!! Low bow to you. !!!

We went to the reception 4 times. Each time they waited for 2 to 3 hours. The doctor was in the office, there were no patients. Just pickled. At the fourth “meeting”, she led the patient to the examination room, apparently there are no cameras, or maybe the nurse doesn’t hear and announces that the operation needs to be done urgently, but there are no seats and you need to pay for the “appearance” of the operation.
