On Saturday morning, I was looking for a place not far from my house where I could have a haircut, Google issued this salon, with 5 stars, I think wow, there are golden hands that work, I called, signed up. The receptionist is really very friendly and nice. Came, waited for her time. To begin with, they did not cut my hair in the hairdressing salon, in a semi-dark room for depilation, where the master had nowhere to turn around normally, although there was enough space in the hairdressing salon to receive a client. The haircut is disgusting, instead of an even cut in the back, now I have a cut that goes with an angle to the left, and is also cut in pieces. It's good that my family saw what was cut from behind. I will note that the price tag is salon, although neither the place nor the skill of the hairdresser corresponds to this price list. I also painted my eyelashes, I am satisfied with the eyebrow, but I will not raise the estimate, because I will have to spend money and time again fixing this tin on my head. So, I won't go to this salon again, the mood is spoiled to zero. I wrote to their management in WATS app, let's see if they will offer to somehow solve the problem. The next day, the management of the institution contacted me, at my counter offer they returned half the cost of the service, they also said that they had a conversation with the master. I visited this salon the other day - I first came to consult about staining, the girls greeted me very warmly, advised me how it would be better for me, looked at photos of different staining options together, decided to sign up for them. On the appointed day I came to the master of coloring Irina, she is really a professional in her field, she did everything very cool, as she wanted! Dark hair - "before", light - "after".
