They do not answer e-mail, communication with the operator by phone is simply not provided. Not only did they not return either the money for the ticket or the voucher itself, they also made the extra money pay, which they also did not return ... This is not the first time since March 23 that I leave requests for a ticket refund, but no one processes it and does not respond. Yes, you indicate that the waiting time for a response is longer than 24 hours, but not a MONTH AND a half! I don’t want you to answer later, they say the client is to blame for not contacting the airline itself. Agree this is generally wrong on your part!
