There are always a lot of people at any time. It often happens that there is nowhere to sit to wait for your turn. The room in which the ATMs are located is not ventilated, so there is always a smell of sweat and fumes. Most of the employees cannot answer the questions asked. The last time I visited this department, 2 employees could not answer my question, they were sent to a more experienced one, and only the third employee gave clear explanations.

Already alarmed when the girl asked her colleagues 20 times how to open a letter of credit. But when we had already left, and we live in Moscow, they called us back and asked to return, because the girl had scanned the documents in black and white, but she needed to be in color. They are not considering other options, except for us to come back! This is not my fault, not my problem!

Good afternoon. Today I visited a branch of Sberbank on Kashirsky sh. 60. The masquerade regime and social distance are not respected there: * An unlimited number of people are admitted that they are stuffed into a full room * Let people in without masks * The employees themselves walk in deflated masks * The administrator of the department said that she could not do anything about it and stop the violation of the law. Thus, in this branch, the rules established by law are grossly violated, creating a threat to the life and health of customers and employees of Sberbank.

The most terrible branch of Sberbank. All low-skilled employees, for many of them the unpopular services of the bank become an opening with the arrival of the client. What to do, how to do, do because it’s their job - they cannot, they don’t know how, they don’t want to. The rudeness and familiarity of the operation officers, the obsession and stupidity of consultants, the hours spent (not even minutes!), This is what this department will give you. If it is possible not to go there, then do not go, take care of yourself, your time and nerves.

I have never hit the safe on time, waiting 40-50 minutes. Either the employee has lunch, then he takes a trifle ... I think if he gets sick, the bank will stop working. Horrible service.
