We arrived from another city, in the morning immediately to the hostel we booked. And hello locked door. Near the bell. About 15 minutes I called him, knocked on the glass. They saw a mobile number, but there are no Russian sims. That is OK. They stopped a man on the street, asked to call. They scored twice and no one picked it up. We walked for two hours with heavy backpacks and came to try again. They called again, knocked, stopped the person and asked to call. The girl asked me displeasedly whether we rang the bell. And then it turned out that he did not work at all. This is not customer focus. The phone may land, you may not want to buy a SIM card for two days, and you sit there and people can’t get there. The next day, when a man called us for about 10 minutes this call and no signal, the girl came only after a cell phone call. You can’t write an ad, just hanging a cell number? As a result, you think that if it’s not the season, then you can meet everyone with a displeased face? No one said goodbye, they said just leave the keys and leave. Very unpleasant, I do not ask in addition to the service, but elementary politeness and some kind of interest in people in my work. I myself work in the service sector and I understand that there may be no mood to smile, but I'm sorry, it all starts with a fucking call and a locked door, people turn away from you on the street asking for help, and as a result, your whole interior is no longer happy. I’ll come to Moscow more than once, but I don’t know if this is a hostel. Think time score 4.7 you can relax?
