The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and even though I was English, they would always try to communicate with me through translators. The chefs downstairs were really nice guys and they cooked me some great russian traditional dishes! The room was always very clean and spacious and the reception was always very helpful when it came to getting me taxi's or helping me find a location. All in all I had a great experience there and I lived there during the World Cup for 34 days!

I am a regular customer (former) of this hotel. Stably 1 time in 2 months for 5 years he paid for the stay in the most expensive room. Silently, when checking in, he washed the jacuzzi (obviously, it is difficult for the staff), asked for clean robes instead of those that they forgot to change, picked up the fragments from the floor, etc. But today was the edge. Administrator Julia rude, in a raised voice began to demand money for dirty towels, while refusing to show the price list. Friends, if you don't want customers who pay you 6 skew per night to get your towels and bed linen dirty, tell them to come with their own, well. Such an attitude towards a client, especially a permanent one, is unacceptable in 2020. I hope my review is seen by the hotel management. All the best.

Stayed at this hotel 06/12/20, at the time of booking did not warn that there is no hot water, when checking in they said that it would be in the morning. As a result, there was nothing in the morning, they turned to the administrator of Julia for a decision, but we received a rude answer: "I didn’t populate you, I’m not a water supply company, and not my problems at all." We left a written complaint, we were promised a call back. Nobody called back, we tried to contact the management ourselves, but there they didn’t help us anything, we just got rude. The staff does not know how to behave with customers, everyone took on the personality of "I am a woman," "I do not supply water," etc. I do not recommend if you do not want to spend your nerves. Thanks to the management, which never contacted us)

Used several times for an overnight stay. Normal, clean place in a quiet area. It is possible to book a room for 12 hours. Convenient for me the location of the hotel.
