It's just awful, the furniture is old broken, the renovation is terrible, the location is bad (garbage everywhere, dirt, puddles), the bedding is not ironed. Dogs bark under the windows, in one word WASH For me, any Crocus is "dead" after that

We came to Moscow for the weekend with one overnight stay. Booked a double room for four people. Booked in advance, made an advance payment, about a week, went with dogs. The site says that pets are allowed. When they arrived to settle, it turned out our room was busy, although the correspondence was with the owner and he confirmed the reservation. As a result, we found another number. The room was small, one double bed, they said that they would bring another sofa within an hour. Gone for a walk, the sofa was waiting for us on the stairs. Because were roaming and it was not possible to call every 10 minutes, we had to bring the sofa ourselves (3 girls). Brought, turned out to be a sofa without the bottom, which extends. I had to call the administrator again. Again the answer is "I'll give you a lift soon." After 1.5 hours brought the missing part of the sofa. The owner of the first apartment came, said that for dogs there is a surcharge of 500 r, although the site does not say about the surcharge. They asked about pillows and a blanket, again, "I'll give you a lift soon." In general, I do not advise booking with these owners, no reliability, disgusting service.
