Tavern Taras Bulba

Very nice authentic restaurant in the heart of the city. Nice atmosphere with interesting interior design. Delicious food and normal prices, not cheap but reasonable. All the staff is dressed in, I think, Ukrainian national costumes. There is a second floor, but it's more like a second level. There also few a bit more quiet tables, more like boxes, if you have a bit more serious conversation and you need some privacy. It's quiet, especially for this kind of place. I would recommend you to try it.

If you want to eat some traditional ukrainian or Russian food with some prime vodka that's the place, magical authentic ambiance as well

They have a few places in Moscow. All of the come with authentic Ukranian interieur and even more great ukranian food. From time to time the staff is also singing and playing some instruments. Therefore a good place to go with your friends to have a good time
