EMS vest is just super! If you haven't tried it yet, be sure to try it. I liked the result and the training process itself. The fitness club itself is generally good with professional trainers and a good atmosphere.

I do not like intense workouts, and even more so with weight, so I choose light yoga for myself. It relaxes me, classes are going very well here. I will continue.

I really like to study in this studio, where it is very cozy and not stuffy. Classes are held in an EMS vest and VR glasses. Everything here is interesting and thought out to the smallest detail. At the moment everything suits me.
