We had a small double room on the 3rd floor with one roof window and a small bathroom. Furniture is normal, shower enamel with chipped, clean, sound insulation is bad. The room was hot, I had to turn off the battery, there was no drinking water in the room. One of the advantages is the location (5-10 minutes walk to the Kremlin), parking on the site and the ability to use a common kitchen. Breakfast only for an extra fee and not everyone will do (pancakes, yogurt, cereal). 4000 in my opinion a little expensive.
