The area is well-groomed, a picturesque lake and surroundings, a delicious buffet and a good cafe. Well, the rooms and buildings are just awful! There are no bedside tables, instead of them they found a couple of chairs on the street so that they would not throw their clothes on the floor, since there are not only hangers in the closet, but also hooks. For a single nail there was a competing struggle with a neighbor who was the first to hang up his jacket. There are only two creaking beds and a dressing table with pull-out drawers from the furniture. There is such a draft from the broken-down window frames that it blows away and naturally in the cold season it is simply not realistic to live. The hinges were lubricated by themselves, because if someone opens the doors, the whole body wakes up. I do not know if this is the case in all buildings, but I advise you not to move into building number 5, only local cockroaches and cats feel comfortable there. We got a separate training for the brains when we tried to insert a standard 190 × 140 blanket into an almost square 165 × 150 duvet cover, and to our bewilderment, the maid threw up her hands - "only these, there are no others ..." the frames were replaced with plastic ones and we were just out of luck ... In short, find out everything in advance so as not to be disappointed in fact.

The rooms are old, but if you don't sit in the room all the time, but go for a walk, fish, and so on, that's fine. The pool is rusty in places. For food - "buffet": 1-2 cabbage salads, which roam from breakfast to dinner, 2 types of soup, fried fish, gravy, chicken, cutlets, potatoes, rice. Queues are constantly lining up. Who did not have time, he did not eat. Of the drinks, only water, tea, coffee, milk in the morning, compote in the afternoon, which ends before it starts, kefir in the evening. Dishes change periodically. Of course you won't stay hungry, but this is not Turkey. And so to take a walk, get some air, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the very thing!

Picturesque nature: a specially dammed lake (for riding a boat and 2 water bikes), footbridges for fishermen, medium-well-groomed territory, good flower beds, a spring. Meals are no frills, but you can eat. A good place for lovers of quiet outdoor recreation without special service requirements. The buildings were built in Soviet times for free rest of the Component workers (Zelenograd). Now 3 separate houses have been added. Each has a barbecue. We were asked to move the arrival later, but even then the grill was not cleaned after the previous guests, although Elena from the reception and the maid Gulnara knew about this. Left without kebabs.
