Came to the post office the same day the notification arrived. The parcel was not issued, citing the fact that it took a day to process the received parcels and letters (where is this said?). It was not very pleasant to listen to questions and disgruntled exclamations: "We do not promise, of course, but we will look", "I have 1000 letters a day for processing. We received something, but I have no time", "girl, and so urgently?" They asked for a phone number, promised to call back. The fact is that this is not my first such case in the mail at this address. In one of these, I was also asked for a phone number, but they did not look for the parcel (it became clear when the next day they could not find it again, and at least 20 minutes) and did not call, respectively. Unpleasant dialogues are constantly taking place. Today I had to leave, but only because I can't stand it anymore. It is strange that the parcel cannot be returned on the same day, this should not happen.

I want to express my indignation at the quality of work of branch 143405, operating at Krasnogorsk, ul. Vokzalnaya, 27 An employee of this department N. Kuzina does not know how to work with the Russian Post mobile application. Because of her, the parcel sent by me to the USA CL001728625RU was returned to me. The reason is the lack of a declaration. Although, the declaration was completely completed by me in the application. Kuzina N.K. claims that after completing the parcel through the mobile application, it is necessary to print and manually fill out the declaration. How to print declarations through the established program Kuzina N. K. does not know. Today, when I again wanted to make the departure of CL001728625RU and filled out the declarations manually, N. Kuzina calculated the cost of sending more than 2500 rubles, although the last time the cost was about 1300 rubles. At my request to arrange delivery in the cheapest way, N. Kuzina made a request to the management to accept only “expedited air shipment”. Then I decided to issue the parcel CL001728625RU again through the application and pay online. The cost amounted to 1548 rubles. In essence of this claim, I have the following questions: 1. When will Kuzina N.K. learn to use the program for working with the Russian Post application? 2. Who will refund the cost of sending the parcel CL001728625RU returned to me through the fault of N. Kuzina? 3. Why do I impose services of increased cost? Namely, "accelerated air shipment" for 2500, instead of the usual for 1500?
