I ordered delivery at 19:00. By this time, pizza was not delivered. At 19:10 I called the pizzeria. The girl said she would figure it out and call me back. And disappeared. I just got your pizza and I brought it right away." And I believe that it’s NOT the courier’s fault! Because the pizza was a bit but was warm. In an hour, she would have definitely cooled down. Okay, I got the pizza, although I didn't need it anymore. I ordered her to have dinner. As a result, she ate home-cooked food, because waiting for so much time with an empty stomach did not bring any pleasure. And the pizza operator disappeared, promising to call back. I realized that you can already wait for nothing and no one. After a few hours, I decided that I still need to eat it, because tomorrow it will be gone. And I look, there is a sticker on the box that says "18:40" on it. Those. delivery time was still indicated! So why didn’t they bring her to me on time? Warmed up, tried, disgusting rubber pizza. And no wonder! She was expired. Then I saw that the sticker and the cooking time are: 13:55 and the shelf life: 3 hours !!! Those. I also brought pizza with a broken shelf life! All this time, it was cooked several hours before it was received, not the first freshness, just wallowed and waited in the wings. Even if the pizza was delivered on time, then ALREADY she would have been 5 hours. + Being late for an hour or more. + She stood at my place (due to the fault of the pizzeria, because I didn’t want to eat anymore. To force her into it?). Total hours 10! And it was heated, it turns out, at least 2 times. Because arrived a little warm. So they warmed her up. And I had to warm it. From this, the quality and taste were also spoiled. So, what do we have: disrespectful, unprofessional attitude towards the client (by the example of a significant delay and the missing operator, who did not deign to call back, apologize, but stupidly sent a courier with heated pizza to me, they say, and so it all settles down) and a gross violation of the shelf life products (Yes, someone will say, this is not fatal. But, excuse me, these are the norms! Once they are there, please be kind to comply! Moreover, it still affected the taste and quality).
