The situation is as follows: I went to Elos of the upper lip, but the master forgot to put a cooling gel on my lip, as a result - a second degree burn (according to the doctor's conclusion), which has not healed until now! In the salon, they convinced me that a slight redness is normal, but then the lip swelled to such an extent that I could not close my mouth, and a huge burn was on the entire upper lip, incredibly painful, especially when it burst and the place under the nose looked like a piece of raw meat. Just imagine my tears and hysteria. The most interesting thing is that the salon workers convinced that they did everything right, and why then all the other times when I went to them there was no such result, they could not explain. Everything is clear here - the negligence of "specialists" who until the last tried to get out of the water dry. The owner of the salon surprised most of all: "why return the money, the procedure was carried out?" Not to mention compensation for moral damage and an apology for not leaving the house for a month. To go to the salon or not is your business, but know that you can be crippled and nothing will happen to them for it. My advice is to go to NORMAL salons, and not to a pathetic parody that does not even take the blame. **** By the way, I went here for nail extensions, an incredibly rude master who cuts, literally cuts your cuticles and leaves bloody wounds behind.

If the master does not know that after one procedure it is impossible to do another without harm to the hair, this is not a master, but a felt-tip pen. Here they work. A shame.
