On June 19, they called on one ad from the Domklik website (an apartment in Lesnoy Gorodok), asked for the only elementary information - the layout of the apartment, which would have been easy to provide for a person who is at least minimally interested in selling the apartment. Answer: come and see. To just see the layout of the rooms - to go 1000 kilometers, unfortunately, there was no possibility. On June 23, a repeated call, with a request to send all the same the layout of the apartment. The answer is that a deposit is paid for the apartment, the "law firm" cannot provide the data, but if the transaction does not take place, "they will definitely call us back." We wait... 2.5 weeks pass, the announcement has not been removed from publication, the promised call has not been received either. I am writing to Avito for the same apartment with the same request - just send the layout. Messages are read but unanswered. Naturally, such "professionals" have no desire to buy an apartment, and alas, I had to write this negative review. Only after a negative review, we waited for a call, but unfortunately, not about an apartment, but to hear how bad we are, we left a bad review on Google. On a correct request to return to the conversation about the apartment, we were told that they would not sell the apartment to us now and would not even make a discount, moreover, they would sue us for insulting our honor and dignity! (conversation, if anything, recorded) Moreover, they cannot provide basic information, they also decide to whom to sell apartments and to whom not! This is customer focus! If you want your apartment to be sold for centuries, so that your potential customers are constantly dynamic and decide who to sell and who not to sell your apartment, you are definitely in this company! Thank you for showing your true colors before making the deposit!
