Purely my opinion: perfectly trained to grade 4 in primary school, medium to 7 and extremely dislikes learning in 8 and 9 classes. The level of teaching of basic subjects (mathematics, geometry, chemistry) is not high. Physics on the four. Without tutors, or good knowledge of the subject by parents, it is impossible to go to senior classes. The problem, in my opinion, is that the teachers of the above occupations do not know how to interest the students, choosing themselves "favorites" from each class, and "pulling" only them. From the middle of 10 and in 11 classes there is only preparation for the exam, cramming. Real knowledge is practically not given. Although all of the above can be attributed to most schools in the region.
