We sit in the hall like in a bath. Stuffiness, heat. And no queue movement. Workers are business people loitering around the hall, and they have no time to serve clients. I sit for 20 minutes and the line does not move. I sat for 40 minutes, my turn did not reach me, my lunch was over. People go to another bank.
