Beautiful spacious room with high ceilings, good and varied fitness equipment. On the second floor there is a cardio and a group training room. Together with the affordable price of the subscription, which works in the other Rosts, I consider it the best place for sports! We add here a sports bar and a sauna.

Exercise machines are enough. The rods are free. The benches on the chest are also free, which is strange and good. But the drawers in the locker rooms do not close, I have not yet come across a working one. So do not leave money. There is a sauna.

The network is quite modest in equipment, but pleased with the comfortable sports clubs in the city of Dmitrov. And for very modest money, to be honest, I’ve never seen cheaper sports clubs anywhere. Even if you pay monthly, then visiting any of the three clubs of this network will cost a pensioner about one thousand rubles a month. Exercise machines are very modest and simple, but are presented for almost all muscle groups. Small halls, showers and changing rooms (with extremely narrow cabinets where it is impossible to place a sports bag) that need repair. At the same time, clean, there is always paper and liquid soap in the toilet rooms, and even there are group classes in the halls. There is a sauna, parking is large and free. However, for such modest money, probably, one should not count on anything more. With a limited budget or convenient location near the house - it is quite possible to recommend.
